          Big day for three of our athletes.  Chris and Tammy competed in the Galena sprint triathlon (Tammy’s first tri ever) and repped CFWC admirably, both finishing in just over two hours.  This is only a warm-up to their ultimate goal, a strong finish at Ironman CDA next month.
