How do I get started?
1) Get some information about CrossFit! What we do, and why we do it.
- Download a free copy of the CrossFit Journal titled “What is Fitness”
- Download a free copy of CrossFit Foundations
- Browse the CrossFit.com web site for information.
- Watch these videos from some CrossFit Affiliates to get a taste of a workout.

2) Call Coach John to set up your FREE FITNESS EVALUATION / INTRO TO CROSSFIT
3) Based on your evaluation, you will be either be put into the ”Elements” program or start with Private coaching. This is where you will learn all the fundamental movements required to complete a CrossFit workout. You will also be given a nutrition consultation. This will last for 6-12 sessions, depending on your comfort level.
4) Enter into group classes. This is where the fun begins. Now that you are confident with all the movements you are able to you join your peers in the daily challenge that is CrossFit. You will be pushed physically and mentally, your body will change, you will feel better than you thought possible. Each workout will give you a sense of accomplishment that so elusive in this day and age. You will love it!
This is a 60 minute free session that explains the CrossFit method and evaluates your current level of fitness.
